Applying for a CI Europe account is quick and easy. The online application takes less than 5 minutes to complete and can be accessed using the following link: Open a live trading account.

You may request another one by sending an email to newaccounts@cieurope.eu. You can open up to a maximum of five accounts.

You can register for a CI Europe demo account quickly and easily via our website: Open demo account

If there is no activity on your Demo Accounts for 60 days, your Demo account will expire.  You will then be required to open a new demo account.

Clients of CI Europe can make bank transfers to fund their accounts.

Deposits and withdrawals cannot be made to/from third party accounts.

Yes, you may transfer funds between your trading accounts. Please email support@cieurope.eu with your instruction including direction and amount to be credited/debited from one account to another.

To change your address, name or other personal details please email newaccounts@cieurope.eu. Please note that you will be required to provide evidence to facilitate your request.
